Inside Sales Associate
- Research accounts/opportunities, identify key people, and create a database which is then used to run campaigns in order to generate interest and develop accounts to drive opportunity.
- Qualify the leads generated by peers and take them ahead for requirement gathering.
- Analyzing the data and maintaining accurate records of all activities for the team and individuals.
- Work with Product, Marketing, and pre-sales teams to convey feedback on prospect requirements and drive strategy.
- Conduct personalized outbound calls, emailing (Salesloft), and social channel activities against targeted accounts, prospect lists, and other campaigns.
- Keeping a track of prospects, ex-clients, and clients on their career movement and job change through LinkedIn.
- Keep a track of ongoing and in-pipeline opportunities to ensure regular follow-ups & updates.
Required Candidate profile
- Expertise: Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Running campaigns
- Good understanding of Technology platforms and trending tech tools
- Anyone who have worked in Clinical Research/ Life science domain will be added advantage
- This role involves working in EST time zone, preferably from 6.30 PM- 3.30 AM
